Its a shame that people only remember, or only think that Janet Jackson had 8 albums when in fact she has had 10. First being her self titled debut and later on came Dream Street. They weren't great albums, and it was really obvious, if you compare it to her later work, that Janet wasn't in "control" (see what I did there? No? If you were a true fan you would have picked up on it!). They probably wont be remembered that much or just seen as how Janet learned to grow, but to be honest they weren't all bad (in my opinion). There are some pretty good songs off of them. In fact "say you do" off Janet's first album, is one of my favorite songs! So heres to Janet's Beginnings...
