First Class
Of all the new Marvel Comics films that are coming out this summer, X-Men: First Class is the most interesting. Unlike the rest it does away with the traditional origins of the team, and brings in a cast of characters found through out X-Men continuity, instead of the 5 original characters that appeared in the comics. Many Fans who are steeped in continuity are concerned, and many have expressed their dislike of the line up, but no one can say that this doesn't seem at all interesting. I'm interested myself to see what they have in store with this curious line up. The concept seems to be the same though (Mutants fighting for their rights to exist while protecting the Humans that hate them) One thing that is curious to me is how Havok (Alex Summers), Scott Summers younger brother appears to be on the team before him. It is unknown whether the movie has any connection to the previous 3 X-Men movies, and Wolverine: Origins ..
